About this therapist.

I became a therapist because I believe that change is possible. Be that individual, interpersonal, generational, or systemic. I strive to provide the safety, compassion, support, and clarity that allows for healing to take place.

I have found success collaborating with folks experiencing internalized shame, interpersonal struggles, relationship ruptures, executive dysfunction, sensory differences, overwhelm, lack of self-trust, difficulty making decisions, neurodivergent burnout, and the distress caused by trauma.

In our work together, my goal is that you feel safe to show up as your authentic self: emotions, struggles, strengths, pains, joys, and all. I interweave multiple trauma-informed and client-centered approaches to create a personalized and collaborative space adapted to your unique experience and identity. My clinical style is informed by Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, to ensure that my work is founded in empathic and empowering evidence-based practice. My style integrates harm-reduction, Body Liberation, and Anti-Oppression in acknowledging the coping mechanisms that have gotten you this far, but may no longer be serving you.

With the freedom I have personally gained in therapy as a queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC person, I enjoy crafts, puzzles, engaging with nature, narrative arts, and special interest research outside of session to engage with and honor my curiosity, insight, and humor.
