A bit about me.

Thank you for making it this far. Reaching out takes a lot of courage. Many of us struggle with the internalized impacts of trauma, oppression, isolation, and exhaustion.

I have found success supporting folks experiencing shame, self-doubt, relationship struggles, executive dysfunction, overwhelm, burnout, and distress. I utilize a clinical style informed by Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, to ensure that my work is founded in empathic and empowering evidence-based practice. 

When we are working together, it is my goal for you to feel validated, seen, and safe to show up as your authentic self - even if you’re not sure who that “self” is right now. In session, we will tune into your experiences, beliefs, values, and emotions. This gives us guidance to repair the relationship between the parts of you that are holding onto pain and the part of you that still holds hope, providing the freedom to respond to life’s joys and stressors authentically, and without the burden of reactivity, shame, or fear.

It is possible for us to curate a life that honors our needs and strengths, fosters healthy relationships with ourselves and others, and brings an embodied peace and ease.
